Introducing Greece

Renowned for its incredible history, architecture and culture, there is much to enjoy and gain from Greek Residency-by-Investment through the Greece Golden Visa Programme. Located at the crossroads of Europe, Asia, and Africa - Greece features the longest coastline in the Mediterranean and over 200 inhabited islands.

The crossroads between East and West

Greece is the birthplace of democracy and western philosophy – much of life as most of the world knows derives from Ancient Greece. From the vibrant and historic capital - Athens, to thousands of sun-drenched Mediterranean islands, Greek residency with its range of benefits, acts as a superb gateway into Europe.

A member of the European Union since 1981, Greece is a democratic and developed country with an advanced high-income economy, a good quality of life, and a very high standard of living. As the crossroads between East and West, it is a superb business location with the capital, Athens, providing excellent access to both international business and travel.

The Greece Golden Visa Programme is an attractive option to many, as one of the lowest cost residency programmes within the European Union. The Greece investment visa is particularly appealing for applicants whose principal aim is to leverage visa-free travel throughout the EU Schengen Area. One of the benefits of the Greece Golden Visa requirements is that there is no minimum stay implemented within Greece, and applicants’ children up to the age of 21 can qualify within the application process.

Greek residency investors are granted a permanent residence permit that is valid for five years and is renewable thereafter. If you choose to put down roots in Greece, the Greece Golden Visa Programme also offers a pathway to Greek and European Union citizenship after seven years.
