David Regueiro Santalla Group Chief Operating Officer
David started his career in Ireland working for Hewlett Packard and soon after took on a role at the Spanish Chamber of Commerce in Taiwan aimed at supporting Spanish companies looking to grow and develop new business in Taiwan. David now leads Latitude’s group operations from his home base in Dubai.
Between 2010 and 2015, David and his team at ACTi Corporation achieved the highest income in the company’s history, driving double digit growth in all of its territories.
In 2015, he joined Mimoun Assraoui to grow RIF Trust Investments into a leadership position in Caribbean Citizenship-by-Investment Programmes and European Residency Programmes.
After the merger between of RIF Trust and Latitude in 2018, he was appointed Group Chief Operating Officer of the Latitude Group.
He is a Computer Science Engineer, member of the IMC and also part of the Spanish Business Council in the United Arab Emirates.
David is fluent in Spanish, English, and can also speak Portuguese and Mandarin.

In his spare time
David is a passionate about all water sports and is a licensed scuba diver. When on dry land, he can be found skiing, golfing or playing football. He is a loyal member of Deportivo de la Coruña and even a personal investor.
At home, you can find him cooking or chasing after his new baby boy. David and his family love traveling and learning about new cultures around the world.
