Mimoun A. Assraoui Group VC & CEO of Latitude Dubai
Mimoun has over 20 years of work experience in the Middle East, Japan and France, spending the last 15 years in Dubai and Abu Dhabi supporting and servicing family offices, financial institutions, governments and private clients.
Mimoun founded RIF Trust in 2013, a consultancy firm based in Dubai that developed an expertise in residence and citizenship planning. Through his leadership, the firm greatly expanded market awareness for the growing range of available programmes. In the span of only six years, RIF Trust became an industry leader in the Middle East and Africa, and expanded its suite of services to include corporate services to support its high net worth clients. Since the merger with Latitude Consultancy Ltd in Q3 2018, Mimoun is the Vice Chairman of the Group and remains CEO of the continually expanding Dubai operations.
He is fluent in English, French, Spanish and can speak Arabic and Japanese. He also is a member of the Investment Migration Council and the Japanese Securities Dealers Association.

Always active and on-the go, Mimoun loves to jog every other day, often running marathons for charity. He does his best thinking underwater while freediving or scuba diving.
For over a decade, Mimoun has been a member of an international social club and considers business networking as one of his favourite sports.
He doesn’t believe in a world with boundaries and loves travelling the world with his wife.
