Navdeep is a seasoned Management Consultant with 26 years of experience in the service industry, with a core focus on Residency & Citizenship by Investment programmes. His core experience is derived from his lead role in Great Lakes Management Consultants in UAE, where he was a manager and partner for 20 years. He headed a team of six consultants offering various types of services and programmes. He also played a short, but crucial role, with Arton Capital in Dubai in 2018/2019, with a specific focus on local technical support on the Canada Investor category and business development. He also brought in clients for other programs offered by Arton.
In his career, Navdeep has assisted thousands of expatriate families to find greener pastures in Canada, UK and Europe and obtain second citizenship in the Caribbean islands. His clientele includes numerous Indian, Pakistani, Afghani, Bangladeshi, and many highly qualified Arab clients with the majority of these based in the Middle East.
Currently based in Latvia with his family, he has moved extensively within Europe since 2013, while offering his consulting services along with his wife and partner. He has assisted hundreds of clients to move to Europe through company setup and passive investments in Portugal, Bulgaria, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Malta and even in countries like Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.

Navdeep enjoys spending time with his wife along with his two 9 and 6-year-old daughters, who hold Latvian citizenship. Navdeep likes to travel with family in Europe. He personally has visited and stayed extended periods of time in almost 25 European countries, the UK, Canada and loves the South East Asian countries such as Singapore, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand. Recently, Navdeep has been busy studying the stock market with a focus on Cryptocurrencies, Tesla and Amazon and many other upcoming stars.
